1. Preggo Dance® Class: Sept 15, 20 & 29 | 1:00–2:00 PM "Feel good, stay active, and connect with other moms".!
Mom Happy Hour: Sept 12, 19 & 26 | 1:00–2:00 PM "Take a break … you deserve it".!
Postpartum Class (FREE): Sept 10 | 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM "Support for your postpartum journey by Broward Healthy Start Coalition".!
